TaskCards is a simple and effective way to share information. The operation is low-threshold and can be used in kindergartens, schools, clubs, companies and everywhere where information exchange is required.

The browser-based online platform

The tool can be used on almost all devices and does not require an additional app. Work collaboratively from anywhere.

Individual design

TaskCards leaves enough room for individual work and design preferences. You can fill all 5 presentation forms individually and creatively with texts, images, audios, videos and documents in various file formats.

Board

In the classic Kanban view, cards can be arranged in columns.

Chalkboard

The board view allows the free arrangement of the cards up to the creation of complex organization charts.

Timeline

The timeline allows the arrangement of cards and content chronologically on a horizontal line.

Worldmap

The World Map view offers the possibility to set pins at specific locations and fill them with content.

Blog

In the blog view, the maps are lined up one below the other in a story.

Organization management

In the TaskCards organization variant, the OpenID-Connect and SAML protocols are available to handle the registration and login of TaskCards accounts via the user's own identity management (e.g. iServ, Vidis, Edupool, etc.).

Authorizations

The unique authorization concept allows an unlimited number of employees to grant individual authorizations to individual areas of a board, even if they do not have their own account.

Community

The community idea allows publishing own pinboards as well as following other users. As soon as the release is given, pinboards can be searched. The most popular ones are displayed under the trends.

Feedback

To get feedback on the individual posts of a pinboard, comments, likes or rating options can be added.

Video conferences

In addition to the classic entry and contact card, video conferences can also be created with a single click. The service of sicher-videokonferenz.de is fast, simple and GDPR-compliant.

Languages

Pinboards can be created in almost any writing system and allow collaboration from all over the world. For better operation, the platform is already translated into the first international languages.

Questions before purchasing a license

Register on Taskcards. With the registration you get the free license. Under the item subscription in your account you can purchase a paid license.

With the Non-Profit status you have the possibility to purchase one of the discounted Non-Profit single licenses (Pro or Basic).
If you want to purchase a Non-Profit Organization license, we do not need any proof from you.

Register on Taskcards. In your account, go to the subscription section and request the non-profit status. After we have approved your request, you can purchase the desired non-profit license, also under the subscription section.

We require proof of your employment with the specific educational institution, non-profit organization, government agency, association, school, etc. with your name and signature.

In an organization license, the administration of the users is possible via an administration account. All users within the organization can be created, edited and deleted via this account. You also get your own subdomain and can create suborganizations (e.g. for each school).

The single licenses are personal licenses. Each person who wants to create pinboards needs a separate license.
